Not sure how many more times you can generate, or wondering when your tokens expire? This article explains how tokens work.
Actions that use tokens
In Figmee, generating uses tokens.
- Generating a 3D image ("Generate 3D Image"): 1 to 3 tokens, depending on the quality you choose ("Standard" 1, "Pro" 2, "Max" 3)
- Generating a 3D model ("Generate 3D Model (5 tokens)"): 5 tokens
"Regenerate", which recreates a 3D image, also uses the number of tokens for the selected quality each time. Saving 3D models or images, exporting 360° videos and publishing works don't use tokens. For the differences between quality levels, see Choosing image quality (Standard, Pro, Max).
If a generation fails, the tokens used are returned automatically. For details, see Getting your tokens back when a generation fails.
Sign-up bonus
When you sign up, you receive 5 free tokens. They expire 3 months after you sign up. You receive them only the first time you sign up with a given email address. If you sign up again with the email address of a deleted account, you won't receive them.
Expiration and order of use
- Free tokens: 3 months from sign-up
- Purchased tokens: 3 months from purchase. When you buy more, all the purchased tokens you have get the same expiration date: 3 months after your most recent purchase.
Expired tokens can no longer be used and are removed from your balance. Tokens that expire soonest are used first.
Checking your balance
- When you're logged in, a coin icon and a number appear at the top right of the screen. This number is the total number of tokens you can use right now.
- Select the number to open the token purchase page, where you can check your "Current Balance". If you have free tokens, a breakdown into "Free Tokens" and "Purchased Tokens" is also shown.
If you don't have enough tokens
If your balance is too low, "Insufficient Tokens" is shown. Select "Buy Tokens" to buy 5 tokens for $5.99 (tax included). You can also buy tokens from "Buy Tokens" in the menu at the top of the screen.
